During my time at New York University School of Law and The University of Michigan Law School, where I earned my Juris Doctor, I immersed myself in underserved communities in the shadows of the university, earning recognition from General Motors and the Michigan State Bar for outstanding community service.As a proud and natural advocate for young people, I co-founded The Brand Collective Group to curate Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for student athletes, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Title IX considerations.In addition to being a credited movie producer with two successful credits in 2023 and an NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Documentary; I am also the author of three titles - "Ghettover Girls: In the Words of Sisters in Their Twenties," offering a compelling narrative; "Women Beyond the Mic: the Hip-Hop Edition," and "30 Tips & Strategies: Outlining a path to collegiate track & field, scholarships and more!" – a comprehensive guide unveiling the secrets to success in track & field. My literary contributions reflect my commitment to empowering and inspiring individuals across diverse realms. Proudly, I am also a dedicated mother, with each of my children showcasing exceptional commitment as student athletes while pursuing their respective undergraduate and graduate degrees.In the realm of athletics, over 17 impactful years, I have left an indelible mark on the youth sports world, guiding emerging talents to national championships, world records, and professional careers on and off the track. As a youth track & field coach, I provide top-tier sports training and mentorship to athletes from underserved communities.Throughout this journey, I have played a crucial role in helping young people secure over $50 million in scholarships, grants, and financial aid, enabling them to pursue higher education at prestigious institutions such as Amherst, Berkeley, Bucknell, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Howard, Michigan, Morgan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, UPenn, USC, UVA, Wake Forest, Wisconsin, and more. Beyond college pursuits, I actively assist students in gaining admission to elite private and boarding schools, embodying my commitment to transforming lives through sports and education.
